Standing on God’s Word … for Your Children
Standing on God’s Word … for Your Children
As you focus on what God’s Word says about your children, release your faith by saying what God says about them.
Mark 11:23: Because when I speak God’s Word in faith, I can have what I say, I confess that:
Matt. 6:33: My children seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness and receive good things from Him.
Isaiah 54:13, Deut. 6:6-8, Proverbs 22:6: They are disciples taught of the Lord and great is their peace. Because theyhave been trained in the way they should go, they do not depart from it.
Jas. 1:5: When they lack wisdom, they ask of God and He gives it to them liberally.
Josh 1:8, Proverbs 4:20-22: Because they observe and do all God’s Word, they are prosperous, they deal wisely and have good success, walking in divine health.
Eph. 6:1-4: My children obey me in the Lord (as His rep.) for this is just and right. They honor, esteem and value me as precious. All is well with them and they will live long on the earth (if Jesus tarries.) I do not irritate and provoke them, do not exasperate them to resentment, but rear them tenderly in the training, discipline, counsel and the admonition of the Lord.
Prov. 29:17: Because I correct my children, they give me rest, they give delight to my heart.
Malachi 3:10: They bring their tithes and offerings into the storehouse (the House of God) and live under an open heaven;
Phil. 4:19: God supplies all their needs according to His riches in glory.
Psalm 23:1: The Lord is their Shepherd; they do not lack for any good thing.
1 Thess. 3:12: My children abound in love one to another.
Galatians 5:22-23, Phil. 2:14: The fruit of the spirit – love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control shine forth in my children. They do all things without grumbling, faultfinding, complaining and questioning.
II Tim. 2:22: They shun youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace.
Ps. 139:17-18: Lord, your thoughts of my children number more than the sand. Your plans are to give them a future and a hope. I believe it will be unto my children according to Your Word.
For children not living for God confess:
Jeremiah 31:16,17, Psalm 138:8: I do not weep…for my children will come back from the land of the enemy. Lord, You said there is hope in my future that my children will come back to their own borders. I believe You will perfect that which concerns me.
