Psalm 103 – A Daily Prayer
Psalm 103 – A Daily Prayer
Portions of Psalm 103 provide an outline for a powerful prayer that can be prayed daily. Praying from Psalm 103 covers all the basics benefits of the salvation package. As you confess those benefits in faith (believing), you are receiving them into your life and the lives of those for whom you are praying.
I Bless the Lord, O my soul;
And all that is within me, I bless Your holy name!
I Bless the Lord, oh my soul and
I forget not all Your benefits:
I declare that I have been redeemed from the curse… (Galatians 3:13)
- You have forgiven all my sins. (I walk free from guilt and condemnation over my past)
- You have healed all my diseases. (I receive my healing and walk in health today)
- You have redeemed my life from destruction. (no evil befalls me)
I have been redeemed unto THE BLESSING… (Galatians 3:14)
- You have crowned me with Your loving-kindness and tender mercies. (I am God’s favorite)
- You satisfy my mouth with good things so that my youth is renewed like the eagles. (aging is inevitable; getting old is optional)
- You execute righteousness and judgment for me against oppression. I’m free. (The devil’s accusations are silenced by the BLOOD of Jesus)
- You make known Your ways to me. I am Your child and I follow You. (I know Your voice and the voice of a stranger I DO NOT follow.)
- I receive Your mercy and grace and obtain it in times of need. (I need Your mercy and grace every day of my life.)
Job 22:28 (NASB95)
28 “You will also decree a thing, and it will be established for you;
And light will shine on your ways.
